What You’ll Be Doing:

As the voice of Rightway Garage Doors, you’ll support customers by phone, email, and chat—creating exceptional service experiences that make a lasting impression.

• Provide exceptional service with empathy, professionalism, and a positive attitude
• Handle a high volume of calls with confidence and efficiency
• Communicate across multiple channels to resolve issues and provide timely updates
• Research solutions and respond to customer needs with friendly, helpful support
• Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
• Identify opportunities to recommend services that add value for the customer
• Collaborate with technicians and office staff to ensure a smooth service experience
• Learn our offerings inside and out—becoming a knowledgeable go-to resource

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year in a customer service role (home services or tech industry experience is a plus)
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities
• Friendly, adaptable, and calm under pressure
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a bonus (but we’ll train the right person!)
• A team player who is excited about growth and contributing to success
• High school diploma or equivalent
