ABOUT KREIA

Kreia is a Finnish AI-native marketing service for small businesses, currently serving 100+ companies in the real estate industry. We handle content, posting, and ads from end to end, helping small businesses reach more customers on social media, without the traditional agency price tag. Our goal is to deliver a quality service experience that small businesses can actually afford and rely on.

THE ROLE

We're looking for a high-agency team member to drive customer operations and content production. You'll manage the content pipeline from brief to delivery, run client communications, and make sure every piece ships on time and on quality.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

Creating social media content for customers and sales prospects with a strong focus on short form videos. We only use materials customers already have, so you will not be using a camera: your job is turning existing material into ready, polished content.

Taking ownership of your customers by making sure that quality content is delivered to customers and to their channels on a weekly basis.

Communicating with clients to keep things running smoothly e.g., helping with Meta Business Suite, answering content-related questions, and following up to keep content schedules on track.

Making judgment calls on priorities, and identifying what needs fixing or improving before anyone tells you to.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You have a strong eye for visual content and a solid understanding of what works on social media.

You have a strong sense of ownership and take initiative without being asked.

You communicate clearly and confidently in both Finnish and English, in writing and on calls. You can explain things to customers in a way that's friendly and professional, and you're comfortable jumping on a call when needed.

You're tech-savvy and genuinely enjoy learning new tools. From editing software to AI platforms, you pick things up fast and treat new software as something to explore, not avoid.

A Google Meet call where we get to know each other, learn about your background, and hear what draws you to the role and to Kreia.

Live interview + case exercise

On-site at our Helsinki office

We dive deeper into your experience, and work through a short hands-on case exercise that reflects the kind of work you'd actually be doing in the role.

Final decision

We'll make a decision quickly after the final round and get back to you within a few days, whether the answer is yes or no.
