This role is at the center of it all.

The role

As Executive Exchange Project Manager, you'll be the operational owner of the entire Executive Exchange function. That spans two areas:

The Executive Academy, where we run certification courses and masterclasses grounded in cognitive neuroscience and designed for genuine behavior change. And the Executive Community, which includes Curiosity Club dinners, Advisory Boards, and The Shift, our flagship multi-day conference for senior leaders.

You'll turn strategic direction into flawless execution: owning the master calendar, coordinating stakeholders across the business, and ensuring every touchpoint reflects the premium standard our most important customers expect.

But this role goes beyond logistics. Every dinner, every course, every interaction with a senior executive is an opportunity to learn: about their goals, their challenges, how they use Mentimeter, and what they need from us next. A core part of your job is making sure those insights don't stay in a notebook. You'll build the systems and habits that turn what we learn into actionable intelligence for our Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams, so they can strengthen relationships, improve our offering, and create more value for these customers.

This is not a supporting role. You own workstreams end-to-end, operate with high autonomy, and are directly accountable for the operational quality of everything we deliver to senior executives at our most important customers.

What you’ll do

  • Own the master calendar, production timeline, and logistics for all Executive Exchange programs and events
  • Project manage Curiosity Club dinners, Advisory Boards, and The Shift from planning to follow-up
  • Coordinate Executive Academy certification courses and masterclasses: enrollment, participant communications, scheduling, venue and tech setup, materials, and certificates
  • Build and maintain strong, energizing relationships with Customer Success making and our own senior leader, making it easy for them to engage their accounts in our programs, respectively
  • Capture what we learn about participants, their organizations, and their needs, and turn it into structured intelligence that helps Customer Success build stronger relationships, helps Product calibrate our roadmap, and helps leadership make better decisions about where to invest
  • Manage engagement data, CRM accuracy, and reporting dashboards
  • Own the quality of every participant touchpoint: invitations, landing pages, emails, follow-ups, and event experiences
  • Continuously improve operational playbooks as the function scales from pilot to platform

  • Have proven experience managing premium events, executive programs, or customer marketing in a B2B enterprise environment
  • Have a track record of owning complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives end-to-end
  • Are a natural relationship builder, especially with internal teams like Customer Success and Marketing

  • Are highly organized and detail-obsessed, while keeping the big picture in view
  • Communicate and write confidently in English at a level suited for executive audiences, whether it's an invitation, a post-event summary, or an account intelligence brief
  • Are comfortable building systems and processes from scratch in a fast-moving environment
  • Are curious about how AI tools can help you work smarter and deliver more personalized experiences at scale
  • Get energized by the idea of building an ecosystem that creates real value for customers and drives commercial growth, not just running great events
