Join Saturnos.com as a Founders Associate working directly with the Chief of Staff to scale the AI operating system for wealth management. You will tackle high-impact problems across operations, fundraising, and hiring for a fast-growing team of 30. This is an intense generalist execution role designed to prepare future founders for success.

Location: London, UK

What you will do:

• Problem-solve through organizational chaos by picking up unfamiliar challenges and figuring out the path to execution independently.

The ideal candidate:

• 1-4 years of professional experience, with a strong preference for backgrounds in high-growth startup operations or top-tier consulting.
• Relentless problem-solving ability and a "hunger" to thrive in an intense, fast-paced environment that may require weekend work.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with clear founder ambitions and the right to work in the UK for this in-office London role.
