Job Description:
Work directly with ex-Goldman and ex-Cevian founders to scale an AI-first property management platform. Operating as a junior co-founder, you will tackle high-priority challenges across fundraising, commercial strategy, and operations. This is a high-stakes role for a top-tier performer ready to build a category-defining company from the ground up in London.

What you will do:
- Support end-to-end fundraising and investor relations, managing data rooms and drafting high-stakes board materials and memos.

- Lead cross-functional "homeless" projects, from sourcing elite talent to operationalizing new internal systems that don't yet have a dedicated owner.
The ideal candidate:
- 2–4 years of experience in management consulting (MBB), investment banking, venture capital, or an operationally rigorous high-growth startup.
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills, with a 1st degree from a top-tier university and the ability to produce polished work under pressure.
- High-agency mindset with a proven track record of taking full ownership of ambiguous problems without needing a predefined roadmap.
