Job Description:

Join a fast-growing team of 12 building world-class image models for global brands. You will be the face of the product, running high-volume onboardings for CPG designers and turning those interactions into viral content. This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape the GTM strategy of a category-defining AI platform.

Location: Manchester, UK

What you will do:

• Lead end-to-end user onboarding and demo calls, ensuring designers at top CPG brands and agencies achieve immediate value with AI workflows.
• Execute a content engine by transforming user success stories into compelling LinkedIn posts, case studies, and ""before/after"" brand transformations.
• Synthesize direct user feedback into structured product requirements to help the engineering team prioritize the roadmap for the world’s best creative models.

The ideal candidate:

• 0–3 years of experience in GTM, customer success, or creative agency roles with a proven track record of being an early adopter of AI tools.
• Natural communicator and high-energy creator who is comfortable posting content publicly and engaging with design communities in Manchester and London.
• Scrappy, ""AI-native"" builder who thrives in ambiguous startup environments and possesses the aesthetic taste required to earn trust with professional creative teams.
