Job Title: Full-Stack Engineer

Job Description:

Join a high-caliber founding team building the first two-sided marketplace for AI-native advertising. You will own product slices end-to-end, from database schema to UI, shipping code that enables non-disruptive ads within LLM conversations. This is a high-autonomy role where your work directly impacts revenue and scaling for Fortune 500 clients.

Location: San Francisco, USA

What you will do:

• Build and iterate on advertiser-facing dashboards, publisher integration tools, and real-time performance analytics using ClickHouse and PostgreSQL.
• Design and implement high-throughput, low-latency backend services and APIs that power the core ad-serving marketplace.
• Ship end-to-end features autonomously across the stack, moving from initial scope to production deployment within hours.

The ideal candidate:

• Highly proficient with Python (Django/FastAPI), React/TypeScript, and PostgreSQL, with a proven track record of shipping production-grade code.
• Experience working in fast-paced, zero-to-one startup environments or at a top-tier tech company where you owned complex features.
• Strong fundamentals in distributed systems and performance optimization, comfortable managing high-traffic data pipelines and concurrent processes.
