About the role:

We are looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer to help build and improve the systems that power our products and platform.

In this role, you will work closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to develop scalable features and deliver reliable product experiences. You’ll contribute across the stack, collaborate on technical solutions, and continuously improve the quality and performance of our applications.

This role is hired through an Employer of Record (EOR) partner in the Czech Republic.

What you'll do:

• Design, build, and maintain web applications using modern backend and frontend technologies (e.g., Rails, Node.js, React, or similar frameworks)
• Develop and maintain APIs and backend services that support product feature
• Build reusable frontend components and help maintain shared UI libraries
• Improve existing systems to enhance performance, reliability, and maintainability
• Work closely with product and design teams to deliver user-focused features
• Help troubleshoot production issues and support safe software deployments
• Collaborate with DevOps and QA teams to ensure reliable releases
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving engineering practices
• Stay current with new technologies and development practices

About you:

• Experience building and shipping production web applications
• Experience working across both frontend and backend systems
• Familiarity with modern web frameworks (such as Rails, Node.js, React, or similar technologies)
• Experience building APIs and working with backend services
• Understanding of relational databases and SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Familiarity with software design principles and maintainable coding practices
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively with distributed teams
• Preferred location: Brno, Czech Republic
