The Role

RocketReach is looking for a strong Mid-level Full Stack Engineer to join our growing Engineering team! As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will get to work on critical customer-facing product features that scale for our 30.9M+ users and our dataset of 700 million professionals across 60 million companies.

This is aFull Stack Engineer position on the Growth team, responsible for optimizing mission-critical customer experiences to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will work collaboratively with the cross-functional team to ideate, measure, test, and optimize our self-serve and enterprise product flows. The salary range for this role is $140-170k.

You bring a growth mindset to your work, value clean and maintainable code, and aren’t afraid to ask questions or challenge ideas to get to the best outcome. You’re comfortable owning projects end-to-end and enjoy partnering with cross-functional teammates to create meaningful user experiences.

What You Get to Do

• Build and ship impactful, customer-facing features that support millions of users and a massive dataset of professionals and companies
• Partner with Product, Design, and Data teams to ideate, test, and optimize user experiences across both self-serve and enterprise flows
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using modern technologies
• Run experiments (A/B testing, analytics) to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention
• Own projects from concept through execution, helping shape both technical direction and product outcomes
• Contribute to a collaborative, low-ego engineering culture focused on continuous improvement

We Are Looking For People Who

Core Requirements

• Have 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer
• Are located in the Central or Eastern time zones
• Have deep experience working across the stack on complex web-based applications
• Are highly skilled in the following or similar technologies: Python, Linux, PostgreSQL, AWS, Javascript, HTML/CSS, modern web frameworks, A/B testing, analytics
• Write clean, non-repetitive, well-tested code that can scale to millions of requests per hour
