The Opportunity
We’re hiring the next generation of sales talent for Neo in Calgary! You don’t need a specific background in fintech or banking to succeed here. Many of our strongest performers come from high-energy environments like direct sales, door-to-door, telemarketing, retail, or local marketing. If you are a natural communicator who is motivated by results and eager to share products that actually help people in your own community, we want to hear from you!

What you'll be doing:
- Drive Growth in Your Community: You’ll be on the ground across Calgary, engaging with potential customers at various locations and helping them discover the value of Neo.
- Master the Hustle: You’ll navigate your city to reach customers where they are, executing sales strategies with a high-energy team.
- Raise the Bar: You’ll contribute to a high-performance culture by sharing what’s working on the ground and pushing your teammates to be better every day.

- You have the Foundation: Previous experience in direct sales, D2D, retail, or marketing is helpful, but your drive to succeed is what matters most.
