Role Overview

As Head of Growth, you will operate as a senior, company-shaping leader responsible for building and scaling Oumi’s growth engine across both product-led and enterprise motions.

We are looking for someone with the profile of a Director, VP or C-level growth leader who has operated at the intersection of growth, product, and GTM in high-growth startups, ideally from seed through Series A and beyond or similar 0 to 1 efforts.

You will own how Oumi acquires, converts, and expands users — from open-source developers to enterprise customers — and will work closely with leadership to define both our product-led services (PLS) and enterprise GTM strategy.

This role requires someone who is equally comfortable shaping strategy at the highest level and rolling up their sleeves to execute in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.

You will:

  • Own the growth strategy:

+ Set and execute Oumi’s end-to-end growth strategy across PLS and enterprise sales motions.

+ Identify and prioritize the highest-leverage opportunities across acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion.

  • Bridge growth, product, marketing, and GTM:

+ Partner deeply with product, marketing, and engineering to ensure growth is embedded into the product experience.

+ Translate product capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions for both developers and enterprise buyers.

  • Build a dual growth motion (PLS + Enterprise):

+ Design and scale a product-led growth engine: onboarding, activation, usage, and self-serve conversion.

+ Build and refine enterprise-led growth motions: outbound, inbound, sales enablement, and deal acceleration.

+ Ensure alignment and feedback loops between PLS and enterprise GTM.

  • Drive enterprise AI adoption:

+ Help define how we sell and scale a B2B enterprise AI (GenAI) platform.

+ Refine ICP, use cases, and buyer personas across technical and business stakeholders.

  • Leverage the open-source ecosystem:

+ Develop strategies to convert open-source users and contributors into platform users and enterprise customers.

+ Partner with research and community to accelerate global adoption.

  • Build and scale the growth function:

+ Establish core growth processes, metrics, and experimentation frameworks.

+ Hire and lead a high-performing growth team over time

  • Own partnerships and ecosystem growth:

+ Identify and scale strategic partnerships (e.g., cloud providers, AI ecosystem players) that drive adoption

  • Close the loop internally:

+ Bring structured insights from customers and users into product, engineering, and leadership decisions.

+ Ensure tight alignment between growth strategy and product roadmap

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience:

+ 5+ years of experience (ideally 10+ years) in growth, product, or GTM roles, with significant time in high-growth startups.

+ Experience operating at a senior leadership level (Head of / VP / C-level or close), ideally in growth, or a hybrid role.

+ Background in enterprise B2B AI / GenAI products is strongly preferred.

+ Experience scaling companies from seed to Series A (or similar early-stage environments).

  • PLS + Enterprise expertise:

+ Proven track record of building or scaling both product-led services (PLS) and enterprise-led growth motions.

+ Strong understanding of how developer adoption and enterprise sales reinforce each other.

  • Product-minded growth leader:

+ You think like a product leader: deeply user-centric, hypothesis-driven, and focused on building systems that scale.

+ Ability to translate complex technical products into clear user and customer value.

  • Strategic + hands-on:

+ Comfortable operating at both the strategic and execution level — from defining company-wide growth strategy to running experiments yourself.

  • Strong analytical and experimental mindset:

+ Deep experience defining metrics, building growth models, and running rapid experimentation.

  • Cross-functional leadership:

+ Strong ability to partner with and influence product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams.

+ Experience aligning teams around a unified growth vision.

  • Builder mentality:

+ You thrive in early-stage environments and enjoy building from scratch.
