The HelloFresh Summer Internship Program is a full-time, 10-week program designed to provide real-world exposure to our business. The program allows you to meet senior leaders across the business and learn about our brands and specific functions. You will also receive hands-on training from your assigned manager and team to help you have a successful summer experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your real-world coursework and work alongside a fast-paced team at a high-growth company.

You will…

• Assist in evaluating and improving operational costs, productivity, staffing, and process flows to enhance efficiency.
• Conduct time studies to validate cycle times, assist with process creation, and support labor standards development.
• Collect and analyze data to provide actionable insights into process performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Audit and improve standard work procedures to ensure consistency and align teams on best practices.
• Support the documentation of process maps, value stream maps, and other operational visuals to identify waste
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to problem-solving and the execution of process improvement initiatives.
• Gain valuable exposure to real-world engineering applications within a fast-growing company.
• Participate in professional development opportunities, including networking with senior leaders and developing skills that will boost your career.

You are…

Currently entering into your senior year, actively enrolled in a U.S. college or university, pursuing an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering.

• Passionate about understanding processes, questioning the status quo, and identifying ways to improve operational workflows.
• Capable of quickly adapting and thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• An effective communicator and able to work cross-functionally with various teams.
• Methodical, detail-oriented, and possess excellent organizational skills.
• Passionate about all things HelloFresh!

Duration: 10-week paid internship. You must be able to commit to the internship full-time (Monday-Friday, 9 am -6 pm) and have the right to work in the US for the duration of the internship.

Newark, NJ Pay Range

$25—$25 USD
