Overview

• Coordinate industrial projects and cross-functional activities in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
• Structure and manage project data into clear, controlled formats to support leadership decision-making
• Translate complex technical and industrial information into concise, executive-ready summaries and actionable project plans
• Support the team in clearly articulating project goals, milestones, risks, and key decisions—both internally and to senior leadership
• Drive project management discipline through structured planning, milestone tracking, and stakeholder reporting
• Partner with industrial engineering teams to support continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving efforts
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field
• Proven experience in project management or project coordination within a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong ability to organize and structure complex information into clear, actionable formats
• Technical fluency in manufacturing processes, shop floor operations, and industrial project execution
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical content for executive audiences
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments

Salary Range: $100,000-$140,000

The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience
