Position Summary:

B Capital is seeking an Investor Relations Associate to support our global Investor Relations and Capital Formation efforts. This role sits at the center of the team’s day-to-day operations and will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality investor communications, materials, and processes.

The position is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and interested in gaining exposure to investor strategy, fundraising, and private markets.

Key Responsibilities

Investor Communications & Materials (70%)

• Support the preparation and ongoing refinement of investor-facing materials, including marketing presentations, quarterly reports, DDQs, PPMs and responses to ad hoc investor inquiries
• Work cross-functionally to manage investor relations processes, including data coordination, formatting and quality control
• Maintain investor records, data rooms and internal tracking systems
• Ensure consistency of messaging and positioning across all investor-facing materials

Event & Meeting Coordination (10%)

• Assist in planning and executing investor events, annual meetings and roadshows
• Coordinate materials and follow-ups for investor meetings
• Prepare briefing materials for senior team members ahead of key interactions

Strategy & Narrative Support (10%)

• Contribute to the development of fund narratives and positioning
• Assist with market research, competitive analysis and investor targeting efforts
• Help refine messaging based on investor feedback and market dynamics

Fundraising Support (10%)

• Provide support throughout the fundraising process, including tracking pipelines and preparing materials for prospective investors
• Assist with follow-ups and coordination across internal teams

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in investor relations, investment banking, consulting, private assets or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and CRM systems
• Ability to project manage timely and effectively across multiple initiatives
• Problem-solver mentality with the ability to research solutions and propose resolutions
• Highly motivated and a self-starter

The salary range is $100,000-$130,000 and will be commensurate with relevant experience.
