WHAT YOU’LL DO 

•    Design, develop, and maintain high-quality iOS applications using Swift and modern frameworks (SwiftUI, UIKit).

•    Translate product requirements, wireframes, and user flows into polished, responsive iOS features.

•    Collaborate with UX, product, backend, and release teams to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions.

•    Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, scalability, and cross-device compatibility.

•    Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, troubleshooting, and adherence to engineering best practices.

•    Improve application architecture, contribute to shared component libraries, and evolve design systems.

•    Identify, mitigate, and resolve risks related to application and infrastructure changes.

•    Lead R&D, proofs of concept, and evaluations of new platforms, tools, frameworks, and techniques aligned with business goals.

•    Coordinate regular and emergency releases while monitoring progress across all project stages.

•    Maintain compliance with firm-wide software development processes and produce clear technical documentation.

WHAT’S REQUIRED 

•    6+ years of engineering experience in the mobile app development business and environment with a passion for building mission-critical, elegantly engineered, and scalable code.

•    Excellent technical knowledge in Swift, SwiftUI, and UIKit.

•    Self-motivated and dedicated attitude with the ability to take ownership of the tasks assigned and deliver them within a reasonable time.

•    Professional, precise communication skills.

•    Ability to create self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components.

•    Practice clean coding practices (SOLID, continuous refactoring, testing) with experience writing extensive unit tests using automated TDD tasks.

•    Comfort operating in a fast-paced, agile environment.

•    Fluency with Git source code management.

•    Creating configuration, build, and test scripts for Continuous Integration environments.

•    Commitment to the highest ethical standards.

The annual base salary range for this role is $175,000-$245,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
