Role: Integrated Pest Management Supervisor 

Location: Monson, MA 

Full Time

Your Impact: 

• Lead a proactive and effective IPM program.

• Monitor nutritional deficiencies, collect and report plant health data, and prepare water samples for analysis.

• Train Cultivation team on pest and disease identification.

• Oversee and ensure accurate application and efficacy.

• Maintain spray equipment, update compliance logs, and ensure SOPs are followed.

Your Strengths: 

• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively lead and motivate teams.

• Demonstrated knowledge of plant science and cultivation techniques.

• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

• Ability to adapt to changing conditions and solve problems.

• Passionate about the cannabis industry, and the plant itself.
