The Team:

Celonis Services is a strategic organization focused on optimizing our customers' business processes through technical expertise. We integrate Consulting Services, Academy, and Customer Support to deliver comprehensive solutions. As thought leaders with deep product, technical, and domain expertise, we specialize in implementing Celonis to drive the adoption of process intelligence, ultimately transforming and improving our customers' core business operations. The Role:

As a Lead AI Deployment Architect, you will work directly with customers to understand their problems and design, deploy and scale innovative AI solutions and automations using our Process Intelligence platform. In a pre-sales and post sales capacity you will work closely with other AI experts across Product & Engineering and GTM to standardize these solutions and bring them to our customer base at scale. We are ideally looking for individuals with in-depth practical experience in delivering solutions to our customers.

The work you’ll do:

• Architect & Deploy: Prototype, develop, and scale end-to-end AI solutions tailored to customer needs, leveraging Python, LLM-based architectures (RAG), and Machine Learning models.
• Strategic Alignment: Pitch the Celonis AI value proposition to C-level stakeholders, aligning our Process Intelligence capabilities with their broader enterprise AI strategy.
• Scale Innovation: Identify high-impact AI use cases across the Celonis platform and package them into scalable, repeatable offerings (e.g., via the Machine Learning Workbench).
• Lead "Lighthouse" Projects: Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI Lighthouse customers, ensuring successful value realization from pilot to production.
• Cross-Functional Feedback: Act as the technical voice of the customer, collaborating with Product & Engineering to influence the roadmap for AI Agents and automation capabilities.
• Enablement & Evangelism: Train internal teams on AI deployment best practices and share success stories to elevate the organization’s technical maturity.
• Full-Stack Implementation: Design and architect deployments that seamlessly integrate AI, Process Intelligence, and Automation into complex enterprise IT landscapes.

The preferred qualifications you need:

• Experience in an analytical role with the objective to demonstrate or secure value through business data analysis, business process improvement and/or respective Software deployment. Ideally in a customer-facing role with a Consultancy or Business Software / SaaS Provider. Alternatively in an Inhouse role (e.g. Center of Excellence for Data Mining / Analytics / Intelligence) within an Enterprise.
• Proven experience developing AI solutions for enterprises, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful use cases solving real-world problems.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python
• Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail, with a track record of delivering high-quality solutions under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in production level acceptance testing, delivering end-to-end solutions
• Strong visionary architectural mindset to develop scalable & easily extensible solutions
• Strong technical acumen to be able to choose the right AI solution / technology for the respective customer pain point
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Econometrics or related field.
