About the Client

The Client is a custom software development company committed to providing quality IT solutions that facilitate and add value to clients’ businesses. They offer a full spectrum of custom software services, including web and mobile application development.

What You’ll Do

• Drive the technical success of the TIE contractor group
• Act as a key liaison between management and the engineering team
• Ensure the product remains optimized, resilient, and scalable
• Provide architectural leadership while maintaining a strong hands-on approach
• Investigate and resolve customer-facing infrastructure issues
• Translate high-level strategy into stable, high-performance code

What You Bring

• 7+ years of experience in software development with a focus on C# and/or Node.js
• Proven experience leading technical teams or managing external vendor/contractor groups
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, particularly in complex, multi-layered architectures
• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to translate technical complexity into actionable management insights
• Background in Cyber Security or Identity Management (AD/Entra ID) – A significant advantage
