We're looking for an experienced, proactive, and team‑focused Learning Project Manager to oversee the delivery of learning, scientific, and capability development projects across multiple client accounts. You'll manage timelines, scope, budgets, and relationships while coordinating cross‑functional teams including writers, trainers, consultants, and digital designers.

As the day‑to‑day client contact, you'll provide exceptional service and ensure project execution.

You will report into the Learning Delivery Manager

What will you do …

Project Management

• Lead end‑to‑end project delivery, ensuring all timelines, tools, and documentation are up to date and aligned with company processes.
• Track project progress, manage action logs, meeting notes, and status reports.
• Prioritise your workload and workstreams simultaneously.

Commercial & Financial Management

• Scope projects according to client briefs and manage delivery phases.
• Build and track project budgets, invoices, reconciliations, and financial reports.
• Create and manage client and freelancer statements of work (SOWs).
• Complete timesheets and expenses.

Client Relationship Management

• Build, relationships with diverse client partners.
• Communicate through meetings, updates, and written correspondence.
• Host project discussions, providing clarity on timelines, deliverables, and budgets.

Communication & Coordination

• Establish communication plans and manage supporting tools.
• Ensure clear communication with clients and our teams.
• Lead internal and client meetings and document outcomes.

Leadership & Teamwork

• Clarify roles, responsibilities, and workflows for project teams.
• Address challenges with a learning mindset
• Recognise team contributions and support wellbeing and collaboration.
• Engage in personal development and knowledge sharing.

Critical Thinking & Risk Management

• Run multiple projects.
• Identify critical paths, risks, and opportunities, offering solutions.
• Ensure clear goals, scope, and success measures are defined and met.

• Demonstrate a can‑do attitude.
• Adapt communication and working style.
• Lean into challenges with a solution‑oriented mindset.

Industry & Professional Knowledge

• Show understanding of relevant therapeutic areas, client processes, and compliance standards.
• Apply project management frameworks and tools.
• Demonstrate curiosity about L&D innovations and pharmaceutical industry practices.

What do you need to have …

• Experience in a life sciences agency, or in a pharmaceutical training agency.
• Experience leading multiple projects and teams.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams
• Solid financial tracking and budget management capability.
• Interest in the pharmaceutical industry, capability development, and learning solutions.
