Description

As a Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for building awareness, consistency and engagement across Toradex’s digital channels.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of our content and social media presence, and ensure our messaging is clear, consistent and aligned across blog, newsletters and social platforms.

Responsibilities

Partner Marketing

  • Coordinate marketing activities with our top partners like NXP, Texas Instruments, etc
  • Engage in the creation of demos, website presence, webinars, event participation, etc

Social Media Management

  • Own and manage Toradex’s social media channels (LinkedIn, YouTube and others as relevant).
  • Plan, create and publish engaging posts that reflect our brand, products and ecosystem.
  • Work closely with Product Marketing, Developer Relations and Partners to amplify key messages and launches.
  • Monitor engagement and performance, and continuously optimize content based on insights.

Blog & Content Management

  • Own the Toradex blog calendar and publishing process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to source and shape blog content.
  • Edit and refine technical and non-technical content to ensure clarity, consistency and quality.
  • Optimize content for readability, SEO and audience relevance.

Newsletter & Email Marketing

  • Plan and execute Toradex newsletters and email campaigns.
  • Curate content (blogs, product updates, events, partner news) into clear and compelling communications.
  • Manage distribution lists and ensure timely, consistent communication cadence.
  • Track performance (open rates, click-through rates, engagement) and continuously improve.

Content Coordination & Campaign Support

  • Support integrated marketing campaigns by aligning content across blog, social and email.
  • Ensure consistency in tone, messaging and timing across all channels.
  • Coordinate content assets (images, videos, copy) with internal stakeholders.

Performance & Insights

  • Track and report on key content and channel metrics.
  • Provide regular insights on what is working and where to improve.
  • Support a data-informed approach to content planning and execution.

Requirements

Must Have

  • 5–7 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in technology, electronics, or SaaS.
  • Proven experience managing social media channels and publishing content regularly
  • Strong written English and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Available to work Hybrid from Toradex Office in Campinas/SP.
  • Experience managing blogs
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering and Marketing teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple content streams.
  • Knowledge or interest in learning about IoT/SaaS/Electronics

Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B technology, embedded systems or IoT markets.
  • Experience with marketing tools (e.g. HubSpot, Google Analytics, social scheduling tools).
  • Basic understanding of technical topics (Linux, containers, embedded systems).
  • Experience working with designers or creating simple visual assets
