Are you a creative doer who makes growth happen?

We’re looking for a versatile Marketing Associate to join our Helsinki-office team. This is not a "coordinate and report" role. This is a hands-on execution role: you’ll be on the frontlines—creating content, hunting for growth, appearing in videos, and building the GoMore brand in Finland (FI) and Estonia (EE).

GoMore is Europe’s leading peer-to-peer car-sharing platform, helping over 5 million people share cars across 11 countries. Our mission is simple: help people share more cars—reducing the number of privately owned vehicles and making cities more livable.

WHAT'S THE ROLE ABOUT?

Whether you are a graduate looking for your first "real" job, or already a marketing pro hunting for the next interesting opportunity, this might be for you.

You won't just be a "support" function; you will be the creative engine that fuels our growth. We don't care about years of experience as much as we care about your drive, curiosity, and your ability to get things done.

YOU WOULD PRIMARILY:

\* Execute Growth Marketing: Use everything in the ops. marketing toolbox—email, organic social, owned platform channels, partnerships, mass channels & alternatives—to make more people to share more cars. You focus on activities that drive actual results. Note, that our paid digital advertising (performance marketing) is done centrally from our HQ, so optimizing campaigns etc. would not be on your table.

\* Content Creation & Social Media: Write sharp, engaging copy for newsletters and social channels. Create static ads, images and videos for our organic social. You’ll work closely with our Paid Ads Video Producer; she leads the technical side, but you’ll assist with ideas, execution, and appearing in content.

\* Visual Storytelling: Use your basic photo and video editing skills to push out high-quality assets quickly. You know how to make things look "GoMore" and good.

\* Support the Estonian Market: Help grow our newest market that we operate from our Helsinki office. This includes occasional travel to Tallinn to shoot content, meet our marketing partner there and ensure local insight is brought into our campaigns.

\* Scaleup "Whatever it takes" Tasks: In a scaleup, no task is too small. From helping with a local event to brainstorming a viral TikTok, you jump in where the impact is highest.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

\* Execution ability: You get things done. You don't wait for a "perfect" plan to start moving.

\* Creative writing skills: You have a strong command of the Finnish language and can write copy that people actually want to read. You also get by with English and can do web/app, creative&operational translations from English to Finnish with ease.

\* Growth Mindset: You understand that marketing's ultimate goal is to understand, acquire, retain and activate customers to grow the business. You are commercially minded and data-aware.

\* Tech-Savvy: You have at least basic skills in photo/video editing and are eager to proactively learn new digital tools.

\* Video Ready: Ideally, you are comfortable both behind and in front of a camera. You don’t need to be an actor, but willingness to jump in front of the camera in an authentic and enthusiastic way would definitely be a big plus!

\* Bilingual: Fluent Finnish + English. (Estonian language is a major plus, but not a requirement).
