About the role:
Join the Marketing Operations team and help Samsara evolve its Marketing Technology portfolio in innovative and impactful ways. Your role will focus on run-the-business operations, ensuring our global MarTech stack is stable, optimized, and delivering superior results. You’ll collaborate globally in conjunction with various teams, including Marketing, IT, Engineering, Product Management, and Sales Operations. This position is perfect for those with a passion for systems design, a win-as-a-team mindset, and a desire to impact a rapidly growing organization.
This is a remote position open to candidates residing in Canada.

In this role, you will:
- Be a reliable teammate that executes assigned projects and supports standard operational tasks to deliver superior services and systems to the marketing team.
- Be a proactive problem solver and have good communication as well as project management skills to collaborate across technical and non technical audiences.
- Build clear, "how-to" process documentation for the broader marketing team and facilitate training sessions to ensure resources are being used correctly by end-users.
- Maintain close alignment between the Marketing Operations team and our Strategic Sourcing and Security teammates
- Collaborate with fellow Marketing Operations team members on ad hoc analysis, brainstorming sessions, and projects - one team, one dream!
- Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally.
Minimum requirements for the role:
- 3+ years of relevant experience (roles in marketing operations, business systems, sales operations, process improvement, etc. with emphasis on problem solving and execution preferred)
- A strong sense of ownership and bias for action complemented by a passion for process design and delivering a stellar end user experience.
- Eagerness to stay up to date on the latest MarTech news and bring value to the business through the innovative use of technology.
An ideal candidate also has:
- Experience with the following technologies (bonus): Salesforce, Marketo, Iterable, Contentful, Hightouch, Gumloop.
- Experience with project management tools (i.e. Airtable, Jira) to manage operational tickets and projects
- Experience working closely with cross-functional teams (i.e. Procurement, BizTech, Security) to deliver on Marketing needs.
The range of annual base salary for full-time employees for this position is below. Please note that base pay offered may vary depending on factors including your city of residence, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is also eligible for an initial RSU grant with no vesting cliff, and ongoing refresh opportunities tied to performance, subject to plan terms and conditions.
