The Role

In this role, you will take on a key responsibility in managing and optimizing offline and influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end, including execution, cost tracking, performance reporting, and stakeholder coordination. contributing to our ongoing efforts to drive business success and enhance customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do
- Own end-to-end delivery of technical marketing processes across Direct Sales, Direct Mail, Gift Card, and Influencer campaigns.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across weekly campaign files, campaign vouchers, QR creation, and discount set-ups.
- Manage and maintain key recurring tasks, including Payment Activations, PO Generation, Weekly agency reporting, Freebox processing, CUI campaign creation, voucher code management, Filify code generation, and Offline asset upkeep.
- Execute all cost tracking for offline channels, gathering, analysing, and reporting on spend across Fresh Costs, GMR, PO systems, and internal tracking sheets.
- Take full responsibility for weekly quality and performance reporting, drawing out trends and presenting channel-level insights to improve decision-making.
- Partner with marketing leads to support forecasting, cost planning, and post-campaign reconciliations.
- Manage influencer asset delivery and campaign tracking, including voucher codes, QR links, platform uploads, performance summaries and follow up queries.
- End to end ownership of supplier document collection, set up and invoicing.
- Respond to insight and tracking requests, ensuring accurate and timely data delivery across all influencer types (Mainline and Vlogging).
- Provide leadership within the team by shaping workflows and supporting strategic execution.
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience in an operational and analytical role, preferably within a marketing or campaign management environment.
- Demonstrated ability to own end-to-end campaign delivery and technical marketing processes.
- Strong financial acumen for cost tracking, reporting, and reconciling spend.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to coordinate with finance and external agencies and prioritize efficiently based on business impact.
- Ability to actively seek out and implement process improvements for efficiency.
- Experience managing campaign logistics and platform execution (eg Influencers)
