As a Merchant Success Manager, you will define and drive merchant growth strategy across Bolt Food’s Grocery and Retail business. This role sits at the intersection of Commercial Strategy, Merchant Success and Business Performance.

You will be responsible for translating business objectives into clear strategies, scalable playbooks and execution frameworks, enabling local teams to improve merchant performance across pricing, promotions, visibility and trade events.

• <point>Own the Merchant CVP, evolving our growth strategy across diverse segments and defining the frameworks that drive conversion and partner participation.</point>
• <point>Take the wheel on KPI setting and performance management; you’ll analyze market trends to set ambitious targets and lead the "interventions" that turn gaps into wins..</point>
• <point>Designing the commercial playbooks that define our pricing architecture, trade events, and in-app merchandising standards.</point>
• <point>Lead the charge in Joint Business Planning, conducting high-stakes quarterly reviews with our top-tier merchants to unlock new growth opportunities and mitigate risks.</point>
• <point>Be the central pulse of our merchant marketing, ensuring every promotional activity across every market is perfectly timed and strategically aligned.</point>
• <point>Act as a force multiplier by designing and delivering world-class commercial training, ensuring our local teams are equipped with the best growth levers in the business, ensuring consistency between strategy, platform capabiitties and market execution.<point>

• <point>You have a passion for building "the engine," with experience creating playbooks and frameworks that allow multi-market teams to scale rapidly and consistently.</point>
