Job Summary

As a .NET/C# and React Engineer, you will make a significant contribution to our platform's evolution by developing innovative features and ensuring its ongoing stability through close collaboration with a cross-functional team. This role is responsible for contributing to the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to deployment and maintenance, while upholding high standards for code quality and performance. You will play a fundamental part in delivering a robust and scalable user experience, working in a supportive, team-oriented environment alongside other engineers and product stakeholders to bring new capabilities to life.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications, ensuring code is clean, performant, and adheres to high-quality standards;
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams—including Product, QA, and UX—in agile settings to deliver resilient solutions that support strategic business objectives;
• Actively participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and propose architectural improvements to optimize platform performance and reliability;
• Provide technical guidance to other engineers on the team, promoting best development practices and contributing to team growth.

Essential Skills

• Experience with the .NET/C# ecosystem for backend development and React for frontend in cloud-based (SaaS) environments;
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.

Highly Desirable Skills

• Experience with AWS cloud platform (preferred), microservices architecture, and container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes;
• Deep knowledge of SQL and database design for both relational and non-relational systems (Postgres, MongoDB);
• Familiarity with building and maintaining continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and DevOps practices;
• Knowledge or hands-on experience with the Angular framework for frontend development;
• Experience with IDM (Identity Management).
