About the Role:
OMD Create are a team of 18 creative specialists in content, partnerships and experiences. We solve the kinds of challenges that traditional channels cannot, stretching what’s possible in media.
Create work across the full spectrum of OMD UK clients.
We are looking for a Media Partnerships and Influencer Marketing Manager to deliver these kinds of ideas for our clients. Working with a Media Partnerships and Social Content Associate Director, you will be responsible for forging creative solutions work outside of traditional spot and space.
The successful candidate will work closely with wider agency teams to take an idea from inception to reality for a series of household name brands. This role has critical involvement at every stage of the media partnerships and influencer marketing journey, including strategic development, briefing, ideation, project management and activation. Think contextual content, think multi channel sponsorships, think influencer extensions. The work is varied, the briefs are many, the pace is fast, but excitingly the possibilities are endless.
We are looking for someone with experience of:
- Nurturing and growing relationships with key clients.
- Generating bold, creative ideas that are grounded in insight, that demonstrate invention and bravery.
- Presenting ideas confidently to clients.
- Evaluating media partnership and influencer activity.
- Identifying influencers with tools like Tagger, and outreaching to talent and their agents.
- Delivering partnership work across the full breadth of media channels, from briefing through to execution.
- Booking activity on Aura, Media Explorer / Maintenance.
- Project Managing Media Partnerships, social content and influencer marketing campaigns.
- Collaborating with all parts of the agency (like investment, and client leadership) to get to the best outcomes for us and our clients.
- Establishing productive relationships with media partners.
- Taking a proactive approach to solving campaign problems as they arise.
- Multi-tasking at pace.

Our standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day, whether that’s in the office or working remotely. For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
