As the Performance Marketing Executive at Winwink, you will spearhead promotional strategies for over 50 weekly competitions. You'll manage large paid media budgets across social and search channels, drive conversions via email/push notifications, and engage with a passionate community. What you will do:

• Execute and optimize full-funnel paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and Search to drive user acquisition and conversion.
• Manage the end-to-end email and push notification strategy, including content creation, scheduling, and performance reporting.
• Lead community management efforts across Discord and social channels, fostering engagement and monitoring sentiment among core hobbyist audiences.

The ideal candidate:

• Has 3+ years of professional experience managing paid marketing budgets and delivering demonstrable growth through digital advertising.
• Possesses deep technical proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms to analyze trends and optimize ROI.
• Exhibits an adaptable, high-energy mindset suited for a fast-paced ecommerce or gaming environment with weekly live-streaming components.
