The Performance Marketing Manager supports the delivery of Prezzee’s global acquisition and performance marketing plan, driving customer and revenue growth and measurable business outcomes across B2B and B2C audiences. Reporting to the Head of Marketing – Global Acquisition, this role is responsible for managing, executing, optimising and scaling paid and organic activity across digital channels, ensuring activity is insight-led, efficiently managed, and aligned with global strategy.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage and execute multi-channel performance marketing campaigns across digital channels including paid social, paid search, SEO and GEO to deliver on marketing objectives.
  • Deliver best-in-class digital and performance campaigns, proactively adapting to the evolving digital landscape, emerging technologies and platforms, and changing audience behaviour.
  • Monitor and optimise daily campaign performance against budget and efficiency targets, leveraging data, insights and industry benchmarks.
  • Work closely with media and SEO agency partners as a key point of contact, including briefing, reviewing performance, approving creative, and ensuring timely delivery to budget.
  • Support SEO and GEO planning and implementation, including metadata, on-page optimisation and content publishing, and contribute to CRO testing and landing page optimisation.
  • Continue to innovate, test, learn and scale new initiatives across channels and platforms.
  • Produce performance reporting, analyse results, and provide actionable insights to inform ongoing strategy and forecast projections.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Brand, Content, Product and Sales to ensure campaigns align with business goals, target audiences and creative messaging.
  • Manage budgeting, invoicing, and spend tracking across paid media and agency activity, including allocation of spend across markets, channels and platforms to maximise return on ad spend.
  • Contribute to go-to-market planning and support expansion into new regions, ensuring campaigns are localised and audience-relevant.

What are we looking for:

  • 5–7+ years in performance or digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving acquisition and revenue growth across both B2B and B2C markets.
  • Hands-on experience planning, executing, and optimising multi-channel campaigns (PPC, social, display, email, programmatic, affiliates, SEO).
  • Strong analytical capability, using tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, and other reporting platforms to inform strategy and optimise campaigns.
  • Experience managing budgets, agency relationships, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver campaigns on time and within scope.
  • Experienced in SEO execution and optimisation with CMS experience
  • Skilled in campaign strategy, planning, creative briefs, presentations, and post-campaign performance analysis.
  • Understanding of customer acquisition funnels, conversion rate optimisation, and lead generation strategies across digital channels.
  • Experience scaling campaigns across multiple regions or markets
