No experience, no problem-BAYADA Home Health Care offers a forty (40) hour training course incorporating basic regulatory, compliance, and personal care skills for new graduates to provide care for adults in our home care programs.

We have current job openings for PCA, HHA, and CNA in the following locations:

• Wilmington
• Leland
• Castle Hayne

Qualifications required of our caregivers:

• Minimum of 1 year verfiable, paid personal care experience OR
• current CNA license OR
• Successfully complete 40 Hour training course, provided by BAYADA

Job Responsibilities include:

• Activities of daily living
• Light housekeeping
• Bathing
• Grooming
• Toileting
• Nail care
• Range of motion / exercises
• Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
• Oral feeding
• Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
• Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
• Assisting with ambulation
• Medication assistance
