Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for production support, triage, and incident resolution across client systems.
• Perform root cause analysis, bug fixing, and ensure long-term stability of applications.
• Work across multiple technologies including .NET, Ruby on Rails, and cloud-native systems.
• Establish and improve monitoring, alerting, and incident response practices.
• Collaborate with client teams and internal engineers to optimize systems and workflows.
• Participate in scheduled maintenance windows and operational support rotations.
• Maintain system documentation and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new tools, platforms, and client environments.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Science, DBA, or ML roles.
• 2+ years supporting production environments.
• Strong troubleshooting across application, infrastructure, and networking layers.
• Experience with AWS data engineering tools (ETL, Lambda, ML-related services).
• Strong scripting/automation skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• Excellent communication skills for client-facing consulting environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience in managed services or consulting environments with multiple clients.
• Experience modernizing legacy systems for scalability, reliability, or cost optimization.
