Your Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will define and drive product strategy end-to-end, aligning business goals, user needs, and technology to maximize product impact in an AI-first environment.

• Lead product discovery, including user research, problem framing, opportunity identification, and hypothesis validation
• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, roadmap, and OKRs aligned with business objectives
• Translate strategy into execution through PRDs, user stories, and backlog prioritization
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Design, Engineering, Data, and Business stakeholders
• Facilitate agile ceremonies (planning, grooming, retrospectives) and ensure smooth product delivery
• Manage product lifecycle, from ideation to release and iteration
• Analyze product performance using metrics, funnels, cohorts, and experimentation frameworks
• Run and evaluate A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize outcomes
• Continuously iterate based on user feedback, data insights, and market signals
• Communicate product progress, insights, and trade-offs to stakeholders at all levels
• Balance short-term delivery with long-term product vision
• Drive product impact, ensuring measurable outcomes on user value and business KPIs

Who You Are

• 4+ years of experience in digital product management
• Strong experience with product discovery methods (interviews, JTBD, hypothesis-driven development, experimentation)
• Solid understanding of product analytics (funnels, cohorts, A/B testing) (nice to have but highly valued)
• Experience working with UX, Engineering, and Data teams
• Strong understanding of technical constraints, trade-offs, and system implications
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Proven ability to deliver end-to-end product features and outcomes
