Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a Senior Art Director to help craft and execute the creative vision for a leading brand in the sports and entertainment space launching in the US and Canadian markets. This is a career-defining opportunity to create disruptive, bold, and comedic work that makes a massive impact. You will be instrumental in developing a brand voice that resonates with sports fans, challenges the status quo, and captures the excitement of the game. This role is for a creative who is passionate about sports and thrives on pushing boundaries to create work that gets people talking.

We are a unique team in one of the most beautiful cities in the US. VML Seattle is a small, tight-knit crew that does things their way, with the advantages and backing of a global creative network. What You'll Do

  • Concept and design integrated campaigns across all channels, including broadcast TV, radio, digital, social media, OOH, and activations.
  • Partner with a creative team to bring ideas to life, from initial concept to final execution.
  • Jump into hands-on production for high-budget, large-scale projects, including 3-4 major TV shoots a year, and gain significant production experience.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to help build a disruptive and culturally relevant brand presence in a competitive market.

What You'll Need

  • A portfolio that demonstrates strong traditional advertising experience (TV, OOH, digital, social) and a sharp comedic sensibility.
  • Strong design skills and the ability to get hands-on designing and creating production-quality assets.
  • A genuine and demonstrable passion for sports, shown through professional work or personal interest.
  • Demonstrated experience in a production environment.
  • A portfolio that includes socially-led creative campaigns is a plus.

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
