What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain corporate applications using the Microsoft technology stack, ensuring high standards of quality, performance, security, and scalability
• Act primarily on the backend, supporting full stack activities when required
• Develop and maintain REST APIs, services, and system integrations
• Produce technical documentation, including workflows, data structures, and architectural decisions
• Analyze business and technical requirements, proposing solutions aligned with the financial industry context
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to development standards and best practices
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in applications and databases
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, participating in planning sessions, technical discussions, and agile ceremonies
• Work in a hands-on manner, with strong ownership and delivery focus

What You Bring

• Strong experience with C# and .NET / .NET Core
• Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs and services
• Knowledge of enterprise application architecture, microservices, and distributed systems
• Experience with Git and version control best practices
• Solid understanding of Clean Code, SOLID principles, Design Patterns, and software engineering best practices
• Strong experience with SQL Server
• Experience with relational data modeling
• Development and maintenance of stored procedures
• Query optimization and performance tuning
• Experience handling large data volumes
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for Full Stack support
• Experience with system integrations and service consumption
• Experience working in enterprise and mission-critical environments
• Previous experience in the financial services industry
• Experience with banking systems, financial platforms, or capital markets environments
• Understanding of financial sector operations such as financial products and processes, trading, settlement, custody, or related operations, and integration within the financial ecosystem

Nice to Have

• Experience in large-scale Microsoft-based enterprise environments
• Experience in high-availability or high-transaction systems
• English for communication with international teams
