As Senior Manager, Product & Business Analysis, you will lead the development of Product Owners and Business Analysts across DKB Code Factory, combining strong people leadership with the elevation of modern product practices.

You will design and drive career paths, coach teams on discovery, KPI definition and outcome-driven ways of working, and ensure consistent product standards across multiple portfolios. Beyond people development, you will contribute to strategic alignment and help translate product direction into measurable outcomes.

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape how Product Management is practiced within DKB Code Factory — growing people, strengthening product craft, and building a high-performing, outcome-oriented organization with visible impact across the business.

{ your_responsibilities: [

• Manage and develop Product Owners and Business Analysts across the PK and Banksteuerung portfolios (hiring, onboarding, 1:1s, development plans).
• Design and operationalize discovery practices, KPI frameworks, and intake checkpoints to ensure outcome‑driven delivery.
• Create and publish role expectations, level criteria and career progression paths for PMs and BAs.
• Coach teams on prioritization, experimentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Run knowledge‑sharing formats and encourage internal/external visibility of Chapter learnings.
• Partner with analytics, engineering and design to ensure robust measurement and evidence‑based decisions.
• Track adoption and impact metrics and iterate on practices to maximize business value.

{ following_qualifications_would_be_in_line_with_our_desired_profile_for_this_position: [

• 6 to 10+ years in Product Management or Business Analysis, including senior/lead responsibilities.
• Proven experience mentoring/managing PMs or BAs across multiple teams.
• Hands‑on knowledge of discovery, hypothesis‑driven delivery, experimentation and KPI design.
• Experience in matrix or Chapter‑based organisations.
• Comfortable with data, business cases and KPIs in data‑heavy domains.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; fluent English.
• You're passionate about your work, but also know how to enjoy your free time!
