We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to support and execute marketing initiatives for the German market. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience who is ready to take significant ownership, work independently on campaigns, and contribute to shaping local marketing initiatives within an established strategy.
In this role, you will support and report directly to the Head of Marketing Germany, while working closely with central teams and external agencies to deliver impactful campaigns across multiple channels.

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:
- Support the development and execution of the local marketing plan for Germany, aligned with central strategy and growth objectives
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns to drive app installs, acquisition of new users, engagement and reactivation of current users
- Manageday-to-day campaign execution, including content coordination, digital ads and timelines
- Support the execution of ATL and BTL campaigns, ensuring alignment with digital and app growth objectives
- Brief, coordinate and collaborate with creative and media agencies
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget and in line with brand guidelines
- Monitor campaign performance and contribute to post-campaign analysis and learnings
- Work cross-functionally with local and central stakeholders
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:
- 3-5+ years of experience in B2C marketing, with a strong focus on app marketing, preferably in a fast-paced or international environment
- Proven experience owning and scaling user acquisition campaigns for mobile apps
- Experience working on multi-channel campaigns (digital, offline or integrated)
- Hands-on experience collaborating with creative and/or media agencies
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel and work independently
- Fluent German and good English skills
