This includes developing scalable processes and frameworks to improve quality, monitoring key performance metrics such as acquisition, onboarding, conversion, and engagement, and driving continuous improvement </text>

• <point>Develop scalable frameworks and processes to manage and improve fleet and driver quality, while monitoring key performance metrics such as acquisition, onboarding, conversion, and engagement.</point>
• <point>Identify local bottlenecks and opportunities, designing and implementing effective solutions in collaboration with central and local teams.</point>
• <point>Build and manage strong relationships with fleet partners to ensure alignment on business goals, performance targets, and long-term success.</point>
• <point>Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Support, Legal, and Marketing to localize and implement strategic projects that support growth and sustainability.</point>
• <point>Foster a culture of operational excellence by supporting internal teams and partners, taking on varied operational challenges with a startup mindset, and mentoring junior team members as needed.</point>

• <point>You’re a clear and confident communicator, fluent in English and Thai.</point>
• <point>You’re comfortable managing and engaging multiple stakeholders while adapting priorities in a dynamic environment </point>
