Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Producer to join the Production team at Hangar 13. In this role, you will coordinate multiple pods, manage complex dependencies, and shape domain execution toward milestones for our upcoming AAA titles. This role balances delivery leadership with product understanding and operates as a cross-disciplinary partner to Leads and Directors.

Duties and Responsibilities

*Domain Ownership & Execution*

• Own the planning, forecasting, and delivery of a complete development domain.
• Coordinate multiple pods and ensure alignment with domain and milestone goals.
• Build and maintain domain schedules, risks, and cross-team dependencies.
• Ensure Jira / Flow tasks and backlogs are clear, structured, and maintained across pods.
• Maintain high-quality domain documentation in Confluence.

*Cross-Discipline Leadership*

• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Art, QA, Narrative, and other Leads to refine scope and priorities.
• Facilitate alignment across pods and ensure clear understanding of goals, constraints, and risks.
• Drive domain decision-making around scope, priorities, trade-offs, and quality.
• Support co-development partners with workflows, documentation, and communication expectations.

*Product & Player Understanding*

• Understand core systems, features, and player goals within the domain.
• Anticipate how domain decisions impact overall experience quality.
• Provide product-informed feedback to Directors and Leads to improve usability and integration.

*Communication & Reporting*

• Communicate domain status, risks, and needs clearly to Lead Producers and Production Directors.
• Present updates during milestone reviews, planning sessions, and leadership forums.
• Maintain active communication channels across Slack, Confluence, and Jira / Flow.

*Tools, Workflow & Process Leadership*

• Use Jira / Flow, Confluence, and Miro proficiently for planning and collaboration.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, methodologies, and planning processes.
• Mentor Producers and Associate Producers in task hygiene, communication, and planning.

Essential Skills, Attributes and Experience

• Demonstrated success owning complex features or pods as a Producer.
• Strong skills in planning, risk management, and dependency mapping.
• Ability to lead multiple pods and coordinate cross-discipline work.
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence Leads and Directors.
• Deepening understanding of player experience and domain-specific systems.

Highly Desirable

• Experience managing co-development or external partners.
• Ability to work across multiple pipelines and technical constraints.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for design/tech trade-offs.
• Experience mentoring Producers or Associate Producers.
