Scopely is looking for a Senior Producer to join  MONOPOLY GO! . This role can be remote from UK, Portugal or Ireland or hybrid role based in Barcelona or Seville (Spain).

You will be embedded within a feature pod, owning the end-to-end production and delivery of high-quality, player-facing innovations in our current Album feature. You will ensure your team operates efficiently, with clear priorities, strong alignment, and scalable processes that enable consistent and predictable delivery.

What You Will Do:

• Own the full feature development lifecycle, from planning through execution to final delivery, ensuring clear accountability and visibility across all workstreams
• Ensure feature delivery is timely, high-quality, and aligned with product and player expectations
• Coordinate, prioritize, and manage all production activities within the feature team, maintaining structured and predictable execution
• Proactively manage cross-team dependencies, ensuring alignment, accountability, and timely follow-through
• Identify risks early, escalate appropriately, and resolve blockers before they impact delivery
• Maintain and enforce production standards across tools and workflows (e.g., Jira, documentation, task structure, acceptance criteria)
• Establish clear, centralized communication protocols to ensure alignment across all stakeholders
• Drive consistent planning practices, including roadmap visibility, milestone tracking, and prioritization frameworks
• Operate proactively, identifying systemic issues and implementing scalable process improvements
• Support and reinforce Agile/Scrum practices, ensuring effective ceremonies, backlog health, and team efficiency
• Act as the central production owner within the pod, driving alignment, protecting team focus, and enabling effective decision-making
• Contribute to a stable and efficient delivery environment by reducing friction, rework, and operational overhead

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in game production, ideally in live operations within the mobile F2P space
• Strong project management expertise, including planning, prioritization, dependency management, and execution tracking
• Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously and drive execution without external prompting
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing complex dependencies
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and the full software development lifecycle
• High level of operational rigor, with strong attention to detail in processes, tools, and delivery standards
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to align stakeholders and maintain clarity across teams
• Proactive, systems-oriented mindset with a focus on scalable solutions and continuous improvement
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate risks and address root causes
• Ability to maintain consistency and reliability in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Passion for delivering high-quality player experiences
