About this role

As a Senior Product Designer at Veeam, you will design intuitive, accessible, and high-quality experiences across Veeam products. You’ll own meaningful product areas end-to-end, partnering closely with Product and Engineering. You’ll work with increasing autonomy, raise the bar for design craft and consistency, and contribute to shared design patterns and standards so teams can deliver scalable, unified product experiences 

What You’ll Do

• Own and deliver end-to-end design for major product areas, features, or workflows, from discovery through iteration and collaborating with the design team
• Collaborate deeply with Product Management, Engineering, and cross-functional partners to define user problems, clarify requirements, and deliver solutions that balance user, business, and technical needs
• Apply user-centered design methods (research, journey mapping, usability testing) to validate and refine solutions
• Contribute to scalable UX patterns by aligning with Veeam’s Design System and shared workflows; identify gaps and propose improvements
• Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate exploration, prototyping, and research synthesis while maintaining high quality and sound judgment
• Champion usability and accessibility in your work, ensuring experiences meet established standards and best practices
• Communicate your designs clearly through storytelling, rationale, and documentation, and participate in design critiques
• Define and track success metrics with Product Management and analytics, refining strategies in response to user and product data

What You’ll Bring

• 4+ years of product design experience with a portfolio showing impact and strong design craft
• Solid understanding of interaction and visual design, information architecture, and product thinking
• Experience designing complex products and turning ambiguity into clear, usable experiences
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and deliver in iterative product cycles
• Experience with rapid prototyping and user research
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design/research tools and a willingness to use them responsibly
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable presenting, incorporating feedback, and aligning stakeholders
• Commitment to quality, accessibility, and usability

Bonus Skills

• Experience designing for enterprise SaaS, infrastructure, cloud, or B2B products.
• Familiarity with design systems and tools like Figma, Miro/FigJam, Storybook, or ZeroHeight
• Education or training in HCI, product design, cognitive psychology, or applied AI
• Experience in a growing design team or agency environment, delivering outcomes across multiple products or clients
