What you’ll be doing

• Lead the design of end-to-end product experiences, from initial concept through polished execution.
• Build on our existing design foundations by refining patterns, improving consistency, and contributing to the evolution of our design system.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and cross functional partners to shape problem definitions, explore solutions, and ship polished outcomes.
• Translate user insights, data, and feedback into clear interaction models and elegant visual solutions.
• Produce high quality deliverables including flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final production assets with strong attention to detail.
• Continuously iterate on shipped work using customer feedback and product metrics to drive measurable improvements.

What we’re looking for

• 6+ years of professional design experience in a fast-paced environment, with a portfolio that demonstrates your best work.
• Thrive in an environment where you have autonomy to execute and take initiative, especially in a fast-paced startup.
• Deep understanding of design systems and a strong sense of visual and interaction design craft.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit, as you'll be joining on the ground floor and building the business
• Eligible to work in Canada
