Senior Product Manager - Fulfilment (B2B Logistics & Post-Trade)

Own and elevate the fulfillment backbone of a pan-European B2B car trading platform.

At AutoProff, trust is sealed after the deal is signed. Cars must be transported across borders. Documents must move securely. Payments and escrow must reconcile correctly. Claims must be resolved without operational overload.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and elevate the Fulfillment space, covering post-trade services such as logistics, transport integrations, payments touchpoints, invoicing visibility, and claims handling in a B2B environment.

This is a senior, domain-heavy role. We are looking for someone who has a deep understanding of fulfillment and logistics and can operate independently from day one. As this role also spans the FinTech space, experience in that area is appreciated as well.

About the Role

As Senior Product Manager for Fulfillment, you will take end-to-end ownership of a series of mission-critical platform domains. You will work closely with Engineering, Operations, Finance and Logistics to ensure our fulfillment systems are reliable, scalable, and structurally sound.

You will not only run the domain. You will strengthen it.

You will lead a cross-functional squad in close partnership with the Tech Lead and UX. You will create clarity of direction, enable strong product and technical discussions, and foster a collaborative environment where engineers and designers actively contribute to shaping solutions. This role requires hands-on, cross-functional leadership - not specification handovers - and everything will be done alongside highly skilled domain experts, both colleagues and customers.

You will bring informed judgment on how transport integrations should work, how SLA-driven systems should be designed, how payments should be settled, how courier and document flows should be structured, and how platforms can enable claims and exceptions to be handled without excessive manual intervention.

You have a desire to challenge the status quo and seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and drive business outcomes and are expected to contribute with domain insight that elevates how we think about fulfilment as a product discipline.

You will work closely with our internal Car Operations team on a shared mission to ensure all cars moving through the entire post-trade process as smoothly as possible, for the benefit of both our sellers and buyers.

The role is based in our Copenhagen Office, with frequent expected travel to our headquarters in Vejle.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Fulfillment & FinTech platform space, including:

+ Post-trade service orchestration

+ Car transport booking and partner integrations

+ Courier and document logistics

+ Escrow and buyer-facing payment touchpoints

+ Invoicing visibility and finance integrations within fulfillment flows

+ Claims and exception management between buyer and seller

• Lead a squad alongside Tech Lead and UX, setting clear direction, enabling strong product discussions, and creating an environment where engineers and designers can do their best work.
• Drive outcome-focused execution within the squad, ensuring solutions are co-created rather than handed over as fixed requirements.
• Maintain a structured, well-prioritized backlog balancing reliability, scalability, and forward improvements.
• Design and evolve a pan-European car logistics network across multiple transport partners, balancing SLA performance, cost control, capacity constraints, and operational risk, with strong awareness of SLAs, operational risk, and failure handling.
• Shape and improve integrations with external logistics and transport partners.
• Drive structural improvements that increase reliability, transparency, and operational efficiency.
• Partner closely with Operations, Logistics and Finance leadership to align system capabilities with real-world execution and expectations.
• Raise the bar for how fulfillment is productized within AutoProff, drive us forward, and help shape the future of pan-EU car trading

What You Bring

• Deep, hands-on experience in B2B fulfillment, logistics, transport, or supply chain platforms.
• Proven ownership of systems involving several of the below:

+ Transport providers or carrier integrations

+ SLA-driven operational environments

+ External partner APIs and operational fallbacks

+ Claims, disputes, or exception-heavy workflows

+ Payments, invoicing, or escrow in operational contexts

• Experience operating as a Senior Product Manager or equivalent, with full domain responsibility.
• Proven ability to lead and engage cross-functional product squads, working hands-on with Engineering and UX to co-create solutions rather than handing over fixed requirements.
• Strong platform thinking and system design judgment.
• Ability to translate complex real-world logistics operations into scalable platform capabilities, reducing manual coordination while increasing transparency and control
• Ability to operate independently, structure complex domains, and make sound trade-offs.
• Credibility with Operations and Logistics stakeholders, speaking their language and understanding their constraints.

Success in this role depends on hands-on experience in B2B fulfilment or logistics environments, where transport, SLAs, and operational reliability are critical.
