What You’ll Do:
For the position, we’re looking for an experienced and collaborative Senior Product Manager to build software and workflows to help pharma manufacturers and health systems navigate the $350B world of 340B Drug Discounts, with its rapidly evolving legal landscape and frequent intersections with new models like TrumpRx, Most Favored Nation, and Maximum Fair Price, in addition to historic overlap with Medicaid and Commercial Managed Care. Across all roles, we look for future team members who will live our values of being BOLD (Bias to Action, One Team, Lead by Example, Dumpster Diving Data Mavens).
- Champion Product Ownership: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring that your product addresses critical risks such as value, usability, feasibility, and business viability. You’ll be the glue that holds the product together from concept to delivery.
- Drive Strategic Impact: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and data management, to create and execute a product roadmap that directly supports Kalderos’ growth and market position.
- Innovate Every Day: Engage deeply with users and customers to understand their needs and challenges, then translate those insights into actionable product features and enhancements. Your day might involve anything from customer interviews to fine-tuning product features with the engineering team.
- Elevate Product Management: Unlike other roles with the same title, you’ll not only build and deliver products but also shape product strategy at a higher level, working closely with senior leadership to align with the company’s vision and goals.
- Make a Difference: Your work will be central to Kalderos’ mission of redefining how the business of healthcare performs, ensuring that our products are not only innovative but also deliver real, measurable value to the market.
What You’ll Bring:
We know your experience extends beyond what you have on paper. The following is a guideline of general experience we’re looking for in this role:
- 4+ years of Product Management experience: Proven track record of bringing B2B/SaaS software products to market, with a focus on industries like healthcare or similarly complex sectors.
- Experience with Healthcare Claims: Direct experience working with and understanding healthcare claims data (e.g., medical, pharmacy) is highly desired.
- Passion for Healthcare: If you’re passionate about improving the healthcare industry through technology, make sure to let us know. Your enthusiasm could be the key to making a difference at Kalderos. Experience working with Market Access organizations at pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturers is a plus.
- Education: A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, especially with exposure to software development. However, we value experience and practical knowledge just as much.
- Stellar Leadership Skills: The ability to influence without authority, leading cross-functional teams to success.
- Exceptional Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to distill complex concepts for a non-technical audience.
- Technical Collaboration: Comfortable contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions, ensuring alignment between product vision and technical execution.
- Discovery Expertise: Skilled in driving ambiguous opportunity areas through the discovery process, from early problem identification to solution evaluation.
- Project Management Excellence: Exceptional project management skills with superb attention to detail and an emphasis on structured problem-solving.
- Agility in Action: The ability to work nimbly across multiple projects and balance interdependent priorities, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

Expected Salary Range:$130,000-$155,000 base + bonus
This is a hybrid role based out of Chicago, IL or Boston, MA.
