Our Product TeamThe Product team at Noom is dedicated to building innovative, engaging experiences that empower our users to live healthier lives. We leverage behavioral psychology, user feedback, and data-driven insights to develop features that support lasting habit change. The Engagement Growth Engine team in particular focuses on building social experiences, gamification systems, and daily habit-building tools that make health engaging and sustainable.

About the RoleAs we continue to grow, we’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of our social experiences. You’ll own the strategic direction and execution for a cross-functional team driving innovation across social, gamification, and habit-forming features. This role requires strong product leadership, a deep understanding of user behavior, and the ability to influence stakeholders across the organization to deliver high-impact experiences.

You Will

• Own and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a key area focused on social experiences
• Lead end-to-end product execution, balancing short-term delivery with long-term strategic bets
• Partner closely with design, engineering, user research, and analytics to deliver high-impact features that improve engagement and retention
• Synthesize user insights, behavioral science, and data to identify opportunities and shape product direction
• Define success metrics, evaluate performance, and iterate based on data-driven insights
• Influence and align cross-functional stakeholders, advocating for the user while balancing business goals
• Mentor and elevate product thinking within the team

You Have

• 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in consumer-facing digital products
• Demonstrated experience owning product strategy and leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Deep understanding of social systems, gamification, and/or behavioral design principles
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decisions and measure impact
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at multiple levels
• A user-centric mindset with a strong bias for action, experimentation, and continuous improvement
• Nice to have: experience in social or habit-building strategy, or within health and wellness products

Compensation Package

• The US base salary range for this full-time position is $176,000-$238,000.

• This range reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position for US-based candidates, at the time of posting. The actual salary offer is based on factors including relevant experience and training, assessment of functional skills and behavioral competencies, and location, among others.

• Other elements of Noom’s Compensation Package

• Noom offers a comprehensive and generous total rewards package. This may include a discretionary performance-based bonus, stock awards, healthcare (featuring a plan with premiums covered by Noom), paid holidays and paid leave (including Summer Fridays), 401k program, and various cash stipends and budgets for employees (wellness, tech, learning & development, etc).
