Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team in a Hybrid capacity, reporting to the Director, Product Management within the Product Management department. You will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of the Zscaler OneAPI product line at the forefront of the world’s cloud security leader. By joining our team of innovation champions, you will deliver a growing portfolio of capabilities in threat prevention, visibility, and business enablement while shaping the future product roadmap.

What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

• Own the Zscaler OneAPI Automation Framework as a product to drive vision and execution
• Execute the product roadmap effectively by partnering with cross-functional global teams including engineering, sales, and solutions
• Translate the end-to-end customer journey into tangible automation improvements and feature requirements
• Identify and drive platform automation opportunities to enhance the product lifecycle across build, deploy, and operate phases

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• 3–5 years of experience in Enterprise Product Management with a focus on Cybersecurity, Information Security, or Network Security
• Working knowledge of API Auth Methods, API design and flows, and SDKs
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as Terraform, Ansible, or Pulumi
• Proven ability to present technical concepts effectively to customers and partners

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Strong engineering background, including a technical degree or previous hands-on engineering experience
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling product offerings from 0 to 1
• Experience in customer-facing engineering roles such as escalation engineering, sales engineering, or deployment services
