POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead efforts for a new product offering. The Senior Product Manager will partner closely with senior leadership and a dedicated engineering team to define our vision, shape the product's functionality, and execute rapidly to bring it to market. This is an exciting opportunity to define how we create value for our customers and our business.

This is a Mountain View-based position requiring in-office work 2-3 days a week. The Mountain View base salary range for this full-time position is $206,280-$252,120, plus equity and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Shape the vision for a new product area. Communicate your product vision, roadmap, and results to your team, stakeholders (including the executive team), and our customers.
• Lead a diverse team of engineers, designers, and data analysts to create and scale impactful experiences for our customers.
• Own a business area end-to-end and drive financial and customer results.
• Create a fast-paced environment facilitating product iterations and growth.
• Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data analysts to build and scale your products

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 4+ years of product management at a consumer technology product company
• Strong technical background, preferably with a background in payroll software and financial services
• Strong analytical skills in leveraging data to drive product decisions and improve metrics
• Strong product/design sense developed by shipping delightful and innovative products
• Exceptional communication skills to engage with executive leadership and key stakeholders.
• Deep user empathy and experience in building products based on user needs
• Ability to think outside the box to solve complex problems with creative and radical ideas
