Know the Product Management Team

As a Senior PM, you'll have an exciting opportunity to work in a rapidly growing organization at the center of innovation. The Senior PM ensures product excellence and market success by mastering advanced product management practices while maintaining essential project management capabilities. By focusing on strategic vision and customer-centric innovation, we achieve one of our key objectives, turning our clients into HEROES!

In our company, the Senior PM is the visionary who shapes product strategy and the strategist who identifies market opportunities. Most importantly, the Senior PM is responsible for creating products that delight users and drive business growth.

This diverse position includes responsibilities such as developing long-term client relationships, creating product strategies aligned with business goals, running discovery workshops, building data-driven roadmaps, gathering market insights, defining innovative requirements, implementing product metrics, and maintaining essential project management functions like sprint planning and budget monitoring.

Additionally, the Senior PM is responsible for evangelizing product vision across the organization and serves as the voice of the customer. When not assigned to a specific product, you will work on market research initiatives or support business development with strategic product insights.

The ideal candidate will have extensive product management experience with a track record of successful digital product launches and strategic initiatives. You should be able to create compelling product visions, make data-driven recommendations based on market analysis, and build lasting client relationships. Additionally, you will have a proven ability to balance strategic product thinking with fundamental project management responsibilities.

Role expectations:

• Be an ambassador for product excellence, customer-centricity, and strategic thinking;
• Use your advanced product management expertise to drive innovation and market success;
• Runs on-site and remote discovery workshops;
• Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key clients;
• Create compelling product strategies that align with business objectives;
• Develop data-driven roadmaps based on market insights and customer research;
• Lead hypothesis validation and iterative product development;
• Identify win-win expansion opportunities and new business potential;
• Define and refine requirements through collaborative client engagement;
• Maintain essential project management functions, including sprint planning and budget monitoring; facilitate ceremonies; and keep track of risks and dependencies;
• Implement product metrics that validate hypotheses and measure success;
• Proactively identify and implement AI-driven solutions to streamline product and project workflows, accelerate delivery, and enhance team productivity, leveraging a keen curiosity for emerging technologies and practical experience with AI tools (e.g., Cursor, v0, Claude);
• Drive creative solutions without being constrained by previous approaches;
• Navigate organizational silos and build political capital within client businesses;
• Manage product lifecycle from concept through launch and beyond.

On a typical day, you will:

• Engage with clients on product strategy and long-term vision;
• Gather and synthesize customer feedback into actionable requirements;
• Create and update strategic product roadmaps;
• Define product metrics and plan data collection strategies;
• Lead creative brainstorming sessions based on product vision;
• Validate hypotheses through data analysis and user research;
• Identify and pursue expansion opportunities with existing clients;
• Facilitate requirements definition workshops with stakeholders;
• Prioritize features based on business value and customer impact;
• Manage sprint planning and capacity allocation for your products;
• Monitor basic project metrics and budget utilization;
• Communicate product vision across cross-functional teams;
• Navigate client organizational dynamics to drive product adoption;
• Balance short-term delivery with long-term strategic objectives;
• Maintain product documentation and competitive analysis.
