The Role:
Aiven is seeking a high-impact, strategic, and results-driven Senior Field Marketing Manager Americas. Reporting to the Director, Global Revenue Marketing, you will be the primary architect of regional growth strategies designed to accelerate pipeline and drive revenue in our most critical market.
This is not just an event planning role; it is a revenue-ownership role. You will bridge the gap between brand awareness and closed-won deals by designing integrated, multi-channel campaigns that target our highest-value accounts. What You'll Do:
Strategic Growth & Pipeline Architecture
- Integrated Campaign Design: Lead the strategy and execution of high-touch, multi-channel regional campaigns. You won't just run events; you’ll build the pre-event demand gen and post-event conversion paths.
- Bespoke Field Experiences: Design and scale high-value "white glove" experiences, from executive dinners and technical workshops to immersive customer summits, specifically engineered to move the needle on late-stage deals.
- Sales Partnership & Territory Planning: Act as a strategic consultant to the regional Sales leadership. You will align marketing investment with territory goals to hit aggressive Sales-Ready Lead (SRL) and Marketing Sourced Opportunity targets.
Operational Excellence & Leadership
- Revenue Operations Alignment: Partner with Marketing Ops and Sales Enablement to optimize our tech stack (Salesforce, Clay) for better account identification and faster lead follow-up.
- Budget & ROI Ownership: Manage a significant regional budget with full accountability. You will prioritize spend based on historical performance and projected revenue impact, moving beyond "cost-per-lead" to "cost-per-opportunity."
- Cross-Functional Orchestration: Influence the roadmap for Product Marketing and Design to ensure Americas-specific messaging resonates with our local audience and technical personas.
Analysis, Optimization, & Reporting
- Full-Funnel Reporting: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including pipeline velocity, win rates, and marketing’s contribution to Net New ARR and Customer Expansion.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of the curve on open-source and cloud infrastructure trends to ensure Aiven’s regional presence remains competitive and forward-thinking.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5–7+ years of experience in Revenue Marketing, Demand Generation, or Field Marketing within a B2B SaaS or high-growth technical environment.
- Deep Funnel Expertise: You understand the nuances of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and how to influence complex, technical buying committees.
- Tech Stack Proficiency: Advanced experience with Salesforce and intent data platforms is required. Experience with modern outbound tools like Clay is a major plus.
- Project Leadership: Proven ability to manage complex, high-stakes initiatives and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Technical Literacy: Comfort discussing data infrastructure (PostgreSQL, Kafka, etc.) with a technical audience is highly preferred.

- Based in Austin, TX: Ability to work in our Austin office in a hybrid capacity to lead regional collaboration.
