As the Senior Technical Product Manager for Platform, you will own the product strategy for the shared services layer that powers Constructor's learning and research applications. You will drive the evolution of Platform capabilities - including identity, data infrastructure, AI/ML services, and developer tools - into a modular foundation. Your work enables internal teams and external partners to build and ship faster while maintaining enterprise-grade security, compliance, and global readiness.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the product vision for a multi-instance, scalable foundation that supports SaaS and on-premise deployments
• Collaborate with application product teams to consolidate fragmented components and requirements into unified platform services
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and technologies to inform Platform strategy
• Communicate Platform insights and recommendations to stakeholders and the leadership team
• Act as a point of contact for cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Analyse performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimisation
• Collaborate with the development team to identify and prioritise new features and capabilities
• Drive a roadmap with dependencies across the wider organisation, balancing technical constraints with business needs

Qualifications and experience:

• 5+ years of experience working as a program or product manager for a platform, SaaS infrastructure, or API products
• Computer Science or similar degree
• A strong technical background. You are comfortable discussing API design, architecture, and authentication flows.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience leading teams and working with cross-functional stakeholders

Nice to Have:

• Experience with developer platforms or platform-as-a-service products
• Experience managing AI/ML infrastructure or platforms
