What You’ll Do

• Lead the end-to-end design process within your squad, including research, ideation, prototyping, and user testing
• Translate complex business and user needs into simple, intuitive, and engaging experiences
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to define priorities and influence product decisions
• Advocate for user needs through data, insights, and research findings
• Participate in design reviews and rituals, contributing feedback and continuously raising the quality bar
• Mentor and support junior designers, fostering a culture of learning and growth
• Navigate ambiguity and balance speed with quality in a fast-paced environment
• Ensure high-quality deliverables through detailed design reviews prior to release
• Contribute to and evolve the Design System, ensuring consistency and scalability across products

What You Bring

• Strong experience in Product Design (UX/UI/Interaction), with a portfolio demonstrating real product impact
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end design initiatives in complex environments
• Solid experience in user research, usability testing, and data-driven decision-making
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma (or similar)
• Experience working with and evolving Design Systems
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with high autonomy
• Advanced English proficiency, with experience collaborating with global teams

Nice to have

• Experience working on financial products or within fintech environments
• Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design practices
• Background in visual design, motion design, or content design
• Experience with experimentation frameworks such as A/B testing and continuous discovery
• Experience with, or strong interest in, applying AI within the design process

English level

Advanced English proficiency, with experience collaborating with global teams
