Lead global social strategy for a premier Layer 1 blockchain processing billions in transactions. You will own Injective's voice across X, Discord, and Telegram, driving growth through viral content and high-impact influencer partnerships. This is a high-autonomy role for a crypto-native marketer to shape the narrative of a top-tier DeFi ecosystem.

What you will do:

• Own the multi-channel content calendar, translating complex DeFi and technical blockchain concepts into compelling narratives for a global audience.
• Build and manage a high-performance network of Web3 KOLs and influencers to expand brand reach and drive measurable ecosystem growth.
• Analyze social performance data and real-time CT trends to iterate on viral campaigns and maintain Injective's position at the center of crypto culture.

The ideal candidate:

• 3+ years of specialized experience managing social media and marketing for a crypto startup, ideally within an L1 or DeFi protocol.
• Proven track record of growing social accounts and managing significant KOL budgets with a deep, existing network of Web3 influencers.
• Exceptional storytelling and copywriting skills with the ability to navigate Discord, Telegram, and X natively while tracking emerging crypto narratives.
